Silent Sky Aviation Services is a **private entity** providing administrative assistance and consulting services. We are **not** affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any government agency.
Our role is strictly limited to acting as your **Designated Representative** for the purpose of submitting and maintaining specific privacy forms (LADD and PII redaction requests) as permitted under current FAA regulations. We do not provide legal counsel, tax advice, or regulatory compliance verification outside of these specific privacy filings.
The aircraft owner or operator remains **solely responsible** for ensuring the aircraft and its operations comply with all federal, state, and local aviation regulations, including 14 CFR Parts 91 and 47. Our service does not guarantee immunity from FAA enforcement actions or regulatory audits.
While the service utilizes FAA LADD Source Blocking, this method is limited to controlling data disseminated via the FAA's System Wide Information Management (SWIM) feed. We expressly disclaim any guarantee against tracking or identification through the following methods:
