- **Aircraft Data:** Aircraft Registration Number (N-Number) and Aircraft Type.
- **Financial Data:** We use third-party payment processors (PayPal/Stripe mock-up) and do not store sensitive payment card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to fulfill the services you requested:
- To act as your Designated Representative for submitting LADD (Limiting Aircraft Data Displayed) requests to the FAA.
- To file the PII redaction request under the FAA Section 803 Privacy Provision.
- To communicate service updates, renewal reminders, and monitoring reports.
3. Disclosure of Information
We will **never** sell your PII or Aircraft Data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared under the following limited circumstances:
- **FAA Disclosure:** Your Name, Address (unless redacted via Section 803), and N-Number are submitted directly to the FAA to effectuate the privacy block.
- **Legal Compliance:** To comply with any legal process or governmental requests (e.g., court order).
